Aaron Posted June 2, 2003 Posted June 2, 2003 Didn't see you was using Windows 2000:Either update it to Service Pack 3, or get the Windows Installer Package 2.0 for NT/2K. ReadMe Posted June 4, 2003 Posted June 4, 2003 actually, he may not just be plain ignorant, the first version of MSN6 i downloaded gave me the same error, totally unrelated to windows installer. The second copy i d/led came up with an error that specifically said "windows installer format not recognised" and that was when i had to upgrade my installer.
