proublem with disk drive

ok my disk drive will read some disk's and not outhers like it wont read disks theat have more then one game on them like the puzzle packs and stuff liek that dose any one have an idea of what could be going on

have you tried these disks on other computers? if they work on other computers and not on yours then try to find some firmware updates for your cd drive.

firmware? and yes they work on outher comps my cd drive jsut dosne t want to read them

yes, firmware, it is a driver for the cd drive. give me the make and model of your cd drive and ill try to find it for you.

how old is this drive? it might just be going bad?

All CD-ROM drives are not created equal. Some have better chances of reading slightly non-standard discs than others.
