how do i get the start menu to look something like the one in the pic?

But where Ie and outlook , ect... is i want folders, like internet, games, cd writer, webdesign, ect

remove them from the list, drag&drop folders there, click & hold the folders to move them around in the start menu

its a "Compact Menu Theme" .. its a hacked start menu & there are lots "compact themed start menu out there... search for Reluna Theme.. i think it has a compact version,
