dead-eye Posted January 4, 2006 Posted January 4, 2006 i have connected 2 computers with crossover cable and whan i shutdown the second pc (one network card) my first computer disconect (2 network cards) i have bridged network cards in my computers ... what is wrong???

If you have a crossover cable, attached between 2 computers, when one shutdowns, the other looses the connection!This is what I understood from your post, in case I missunderstood it, let me know.And one more thing, what exactly do you want to do? Stop the computer from loosing the connection?
