Software to take 5 sec music file and loop it for 30min and save

Im doing my 4th year project in uni, and got a heartbeat that's about 5 second in length. I need this to loop over and over and have a file that goes on for about 30 min or so. I can loop it in winamp and record it from a mic but the quality wont be the same. I was wondering if there's a software that'll loop and reocrd internally.
