Hi All

I have three differant xp cd key finders when I run each of them I get 3 differant keys

Jelly bean gives me the right number ,why am i getting the other 2 differant numbers please and what are they

The real one is in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ProductKey

The other two programs are probably not for finding the CD key that you already have, but *keygens* that *generate* unique keys instead.

The one in the registry is encoded, so you need a program of some sort.

I use -- "Insane.Keyfinder.v1.2" to find my Keys to Windows and Office products or you can use "EVEREST Ultimate Edition" They both cost you though but its well worth it to get the information that you need.
