I'm a newbie at this but I was wondering has anyone gotten very fustrated when they are troubleshooting something and can't get it to work. but when the go to the help menu and stuff and it said ask your admininistrator etc..., but the trouble is that you are the "administrator". So are you suppose to ask yourself again?
