How To replace windows Media Player 9 with Media player 10!

i have windows XP SP2 CD ...it contains windows media player 9 on it!!! but i want to make unattend CD with Media player 10!! so how can i replace media player 9 with version 10???

And if i want to add any other Media Players or any other programs..that should be install on setup!!! where should i put them..so it can automatically install with windows setup?? is it $OEM$ directory???
