The advantage of removing instead of patching it is that you save a few KBs and also you don't need any fancy tools. Here's how:1. Open up C:\Windows\System32 where C:\ is your Windows drive2. Find sfc.dll and sfc_os.dll3. Rename the files to sfc.bak and sfc_os.bak4. Restart your computer5. Repeat step 1, then delete the folder dllcache and the files sfc.bak and sfc_os.bak Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
