Can You Delete Network

Featured Replies

Is there a way to delete OLD unused and no longer needed networks in Windows XP ? I have searched HELP files and cannot find any reference to do this. I have several networks that were created to access different computer networks. I would now like to remove the networks that I do not need. Any help would be appreciated.

Here's a registry edit that hides "My Network Places" from Windows Explorer. I get the feeling that isn't quite what you wanted. I don't run a network so I can't help you otherwise. Sorry. :hello:

Are you talking about network connections or network places? As long as the connection is not a hardwired NIC device you can delete it by right clicking, if you go to my network places you can delete shortcuts to networks to.

Jeremy .. Which is the registry path ?
