when i'm at work the network router block's certain site's

and then we have to ask the IT guy for access to them, problem is if your not the IT guy's

buddy or doing him any favour's then you got NO chance,

my question is:

IS THERE ANY WAY AROUND THIS, LIKE SHORTCUT KEYS, CHANGING SETTING'S IN IE

PUTTING CODES IN BEFORE WEB ADRESSES,

any sort of help would be appreciated

easiest way is via a proxy server.

from inside IE

tools -> internet options -> Connections -> Lan settings -> use proxy server

fill in the fields with the information here with one of the addresses/ports from this site

the only other way I can think of would be to beat up the IT guy
