You can get it on Microsoft Update and Windows UpdateIt is required by some programs. the .net framework is made by microsoft,it is to compete with java. It is used by visual studio .net, and upcoming visual studio 2005.Visual studio 2005 has been reborn, i used beta 2, some bugs still, but over all its great.Visual Basic is Back!
