Missing web sites?

Not sure where to post this eexactly, but is anyone else having problems accessing some websites?

I can't access penny-arcade.com nor freewebs.com , yet it appears that other people have been able too...

Is there something up with the internet, or is it localized to my area?

I had a problem getting msn.com earlier...

I can access all the sites you mentioned w/o a problem. Are you in a network or is this your home connection? If at home and on broadband, I'd try checking your DNS info in your router, release and renew your public IP from your ISP, restart. If your ISP has multiple DNS servers available, try changing to a different one. Check firewall settings as well.
