gunsmokingman Posted October 10, 2005 Posted October 10, 2005 (edited) Did you not read this notice for the beta testers in the newsgroup, for Vista Beta.There have been a number of questions around this so I would like to clarify this. If you check the EULA for Beta 1 you will see there is no requirement of confidentiality. This means you are absolutely allowed to discuss Beta 1 with 3rd parties, your blogs etc. Properly credited screenshots etc are of course, allowed.This statement applies to the Beta 1 build and I can make no guarantees currently about future builds. The EULA could in fact contain different terms. We can address that should the situation change in the future.I hope this answers some of the questions I've been getting lately.
