Disabled service not allowing Windows Install

Hello! I was tweaking my windows cause I have a very week machine. I basically disabled many services that weren't useful. Since I've done that, the Windows Installer Service does not start up by itself (it's set to manual). Basically, I have to manually start it everytime I want to install something.

Now, i suppose that manual start-up type allows windows to automatically load up a service when it needs it, or am I mistaken?

I just want to know if there was another service I may have disabled which is preventing the windows install service from loading up automatically on itself, when I try to install something.
