CDSwitch and WPI

Great news! Nanaki has graciously allowed me to package CDSwitch with WPI. Not only that but he compiled a special version with graphics that I made. Now in the next version WPI will include CDSwitch. As for right now I am providing a link for the WPI version of CDSwitch.
