Maleko Posted September 24, 2005 Posted September 24, 2005 Ok, just got meself a nice SATA drive, 200GB W/D....On installing windows it asks for the driver for SATA, no prob, put them on folppy detects it, I select I want the OS on that SATA drive, ok, Then when it comes to copy the files it says cannot copy si3112r.sys.....it reads the floppy drive, but nothing.... Any ideas?

Any ideas?<{POST_SNAPBACK}>Yep, you made the XP cd yourself and in winnt.sif you set oempreinstall=yes. That screws up the sata driver copy.
