I remember reading about a case where my model had problems from the touchpad not working due to heat from inside the laptop. I haven't had this problem yet (touch wood) but Compaq said that if the problem came up, simply return it for a repair.Your laptop should be well under warranty after only three months. Its guarenteed that it will take 2/3 months until they fix it. I cannot, by any means, stay without my laptop for that long.I contacted Acer by email, but as always, their ++++ing costumer support sucks!!!im so mad!!!!!!
