Hi sven,

Alright! You're back. I was wondering which edge of the Earth you fell off. Being gone is no problem. Just pop in once in a while to let us know you still exist. Busy is good. I don't think it'll keep you out of trouble, but it's a start.

Class of '06? You are graduating this year? Good for you. You looking to continue your education? (Yeah, yeah. If this is to personal, ignore it or pm me).

@gamehead200 :)

I try to notice when people are around or not.

I'm stuck at this **** school for another year and a half (I think) 'cause I'm doing grade 12 (in Quebec, its not mandatory, but I'm doing it anyway...)

But I AM graduating from grade 11 this year as long as I get my community service done...

@ DL: ;)

@ sven: Now that you're back, you can at least post in the right forum! ;)

Here in the US, we do graduate from one year to the next but we say 'yeah, I graduated from high school' which is finishing the 12th grade and going on to college or whatever. I don't understand sven 'graduating' 11th year and you, gamehead200, sticking it out another year 'even though it's not mandatory'. Is it like A level and O level in UK?

No, its because in Quebec (not Canada), we have something called CEGEP, which is basically preparation for university which is TWO years (so basically a slack-off grade 12 and 13). Our school offers grade 12, but it is not mandatory, and if you take it, you must go to a university outside of Quebec, and cannot attend one in the province...

Very weird system we have... :wacko:

Yes that is weird. It's like it's begging for a joke, I just can't think of one.
