can i make all the os share an OEM folder?

Yes you can but I suggest you use the "optimize" feature of CDIMAGE instead... it will store a file only once even if there is many duplicate across your ISO.

im trying to make my multi boot install off of a hard drive so cd-image aint gonna work.

On a RIS server, you can use the SIS (Single Instance Storage) option or something like that if I remember correctly... otherwise you could do something with a linux system with those file links.

But, speaking about the original question, you can use the same $OEM$ folder for theses systems...

ima just rename the i386 folders and keep the $OEM$ paralell to all of them

Can be done, BUT requires some (ore even a lot of) files to be hex-edited...
