ctw4540
I'm having trouble getting IP addresses for some of my computers on my network. The way I have things setup is that the cable modem iis connected to the router and the router is setup as my DHCP server to deligate the IP addresses. Then from the router it connects to a 24 port switch. Some computers are hooked up directly to the switch while others are routed through another hub. the ones routed through the hubs are not getting an IP address from the DHCP server. So if there is anything I can configure or anthing else I can do just post a message for me.
ringfinger
How is the hub conencted into the switch? Make sure you have the uplink from the switch top the hub connected correctly. Are all the computers that are connected to the switch getting IP addresses? Does the hub have activity lights on the connected ports?
