If you mean the 'copying' animation at the top, those are AVI files in some DLL. You can replace them with whatever you want.

you can use resource hacker or a similar tool to replace it with your own animation

I know that... that's how i replace them ...i have some more but i still need for something like activesync, ftp, zip archive and so...
