Installing MsXml Phraser

When i try to install MSXML Phraser

I get following message:

Could not open key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Classws\Msxml2.FreeThreadedDOMDocument.4.0\CLSID.

Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel.

I mean WTF ?????

If i can't get this fixed i can't install Encarta 2006 and lot's of Microsoft stuff...

sounds silly but you didnt specify.. are you logged in as administrator?

have you located the key in regedit and verified write permissions to that key?
