Batch icon maker

I have thousands of icons in png format. I would like to point to a folder and have all the png's inside converted to ico files. Is this possible? I have IconDeveloper but this requires me to open each png individually and would take days.

I've heard about an app called PNG2Icon or something similar, you can drag and drop your png files to be converted in ico format. Also Axialis IconWorkShop can do that if I'm not wrong.

That can be converted to Icons. But I dont know if it can be done threw

a bacth file.

i have a program the will do them one @ a time, search for aveicon.zip, its simple to use.............

AveIcon can handle multiple files at a time. I've dumped over 100 in there at a time and it spit them out just fine.

Not batch file, but Ctrl+A -> drag instead.

there is a program called BatchIconExtractor that extracts icons from executables by just doing a simple drag & drop, if any one is interested......
