n00b Posted August 30, 2005 Posted August 30, 2005 Hi.This brings up System Restore message? How do I kill?Or how to make system think 891122 installed already?Bye.
n00b Posted August 30, 2005 Author Posted August 30, 2005 It saysWindows Media Player 10System Restore is turned off. If you continue setup you won´t be able to use Syste Restore to restore the version of Windows Media Player, that was included in the Windows OS that your computer is running. It´s recommended that you click cancel, turn on System Restore, and upgrade to WMP 10.For more info about System REsotre, see Help and Support. Do you want to continue?OK, Cancel
Hatefulsorrow Posted August 30, 2005 Posted August 30, 2005 are you using any UA Install switches? I use the one's possed from around the forum and I don't have any problems. I also have system restore turned off. Look at the unattened install section for the switches.
n00b Posted August 30, 2005 Author Posted August 30, 2005 /quiet /norestart /overwriteoem /nobackup I use these switches.I will hunt for a pack that is unaffected by this.
