Or how to make system think 891122 installed already?

It says

Windows Media Player 10

System Restore is turned off. If you continue setup you won´t be able to use Syste Restore to restore the version of Windows Media Player, that was included in the Windows OS that your computer is running. It´s recommended that you click cancel, turn on System Restore, and upgrade to WMP 10.

are you using any UA Install switches? I use the one's possed from around the forum and I don't have any problems. I also have system restore turned off. Look at the unattened install section for the switches.

/quiet /norestart /overwriteoem /nobackup I use these switches.

I will hunt for a pack that is unaffected by this.
