Hey Guys

I hope this is the right place for this question? I am using Adobe Photoshop and I wanted to know how do I make that Clear effect for the windows layout in Windows Vista. I am making my own Login Screen, I really like that Clear Effect. If anybody knows, please let me know How I can make that effect in PS.
