grafx1 Posted August 24, 2005 Share Posted August 24, 2005 Hi,we have a D-Link router and a switch to share ADSL in our homethe problem is that i can not access the web based settings of the routerwhen typing the gateway ip address in internet explorer 6 (10.0.0.x)it prompt me for user name and password...the default values is : user name=admin pass=blankbut it seems that the technican who installed the router had changed it.the router is in other appartment and i can not reset it and the technicanguy is now out of reach !!(i like tweaking so i want to get to performance settings of our router)* so is there a way to get to the router settings ??Thank you.
