ringfinger
Anyone using a WD 74gb Raptor with a SATA controller that supports Tag Command Queuing with the drive? Just wondering what the performance gain is with TCQ enabled versus disabled. I'm about to buy a WD740GD for my new machine, I have the new Asus P5WD2 Premium board and am not sure if this baord supports TCQ. If anyone knows that as well that'd be great! Thanks. ringfinger
Uhm... Yes, the raptor does support TCQ.... Here However, I don't think I'll be able to use it because I think I read somewhere that the new 955x chipset doesn't support it.
