If by see you mean download and install and you are not a beta tester or msdn member then there is no legal way.

If you want a legal way to get vista you can buy an MSDN subscription.

MSDN members can download and try Vista beta 1 legally.

So if you really want to play with Vista Beta 1 legally then you're going to have to pay some money, somewhere between $700-$2800.
