PERMANANTLY!This promotion is farsical! they just told people off for heavy use, what the hell do they think people are going to do when they get a real broadband line given to them for a month?? ill tell you: DOWNLOAD LIKE CRAZY SODS IS WHAT!NTL = NUTS!

gamehead200 Posted February 20, 2003 Posted February 20, 2003 Man, you guys are so lucky....I have DSL, but they never have those types of promotions....They either have a High-Speed Edition or Ultra-Speed....I have High-Speed........I still find it toooooooooooo slow.....
Rick Posted February 20, 2003 Posted February 20, 2003 Cable is still the cheapest way to go in my neck of the woods. I get ~1.5 down and it's capped at like 200 up or something like that. I know what people say about bandwidth sharing on cable but I never get below the max speed on any test or from downloads on a fast server. I still say it's too slow. Time for faster speeds cheaper!!!Rick
Devil_666 Posted February 20, 2003 Author Posted February 20, 2003 Well a guy over the road from me sells alsorts of pirate stuff, chips games etc, and apperently there are 2 new chips that are in testing stages: -1> Cable card which means all the channels will be unlocked for free2> Box extention that means it takes the cap off the speed of the internet and allows it to go faster at the maximum rate!
