This could lead to system instability. Please contact your system vendor for technical assistanceok i don't use parallel port.2 i never use ACPI.please help me solve these both thanx. August 10, 200521 yr so whats the problem if u dont use them? look in the device manager to make sure that they are enabled tho.

August 10, 200521 yr Is this a new installation or an old existing one with a new problem? Have you checked your BIOS to disable any uneeded settings there?

August 11, 200521 yr u can disable the parallel port, its the same as the printer port right? just go into the device manager and open up ports
August 11, 200521 yr What motherboard is it?Did you disable the parallel port in the BIOS?Did you Disable ACPI settings in the BIOS?Have you checked to see if you need to update (Flash) the BIOS?
