ringfinger
I have a buddy that has a few machines, different models and makes. He's looking to upgrade the RAM in all of them but isn't sure of the type of RAM in them and would rather not open them up untill the RAM is ready to be upgraded. Is there some RAM app out there like the equivalent of CPU-Z for CPUs that shows speed, type of PC RAM etc? TIA.
Zxian
Umm... CPU-Z will tell you what type of RAM you have as well... look under the memory and SPD tabs.If not, look at Lavalys Everest Home Edition. It'll tell you everything you need about the hardware in your computer.
