DOES ANYONE HAVE EXPERIANCES WITH THIS WORKSATION "MOD"

I tried this a year ago, but i in the end i uninstalled the w2k3.

my main problem was, that many apps - and the setups according to - often told "not executable at a server version" or "Software need win 95/98/98SE/ME/2000/XP" .. but no 2003.

another problem was that there haven't been much driver for 2003

can someone tell me how to fake (eg. an XP) to some Apps

Thanks

I had a patch for 2k3 which would activate dir x,media player, system restore and many other extras. This worked very well and had no problems with it. I will search my archives to see if I still have it. Meanwhile you can search for it online.

Just used it again today after needed reinstall (everything was corrupted). But since I started using 2003 a few months ago, it's served me quite well.

I remember modding 2k3 back in the day where it was RC2... I never had a problem with any of those things mentioned...

You might want to PM Aegis on how to fake XP to some apps! ;)
