August 3, 200521 yr And speaking of screensavers, here's a Really Cool set of OpenGL screensavers for free. Just unzip and put them in -you guessed it- $OEM$\$$\System32. Enjoy!
August 7, 200521 yr ok but after he did that, the screensaver is not enabled by default...Im not home but I know there is a regtweak for this!
June 25, 200620 yr i am also facing the same problem,,i have installed the screensaver and also set the regfile to make it default but it isn't enabled,,is it true that desktop should be fully loaded to enable the screensaver..
June 26, 200620 yr One way to skin this cat is to select a base theme, choose a wallpaper, configure a screen saver and save it as a .theme file in $OEM$\$$\Resources\ThemesThen, apply the theme via WINNT.SIF:[shell]CustomDefaultThemeFile = "%WinDir%\Resources\Themes\BigBlue.theme"Works like a charm.
June 26, 200620 yr this was the first item that i tried for the first time,,when failed i tried autoit script to load custom theme in runoncestill failed..but when the windows loads and again if i choose the same theme from disp. properties and apply,, every thing works (wallpapers scr blah blah.. ),,, dunno why ?
