Copy commands

Heres what im asking.

After the setup.cmd install the apps, i want another batch that copy lets say some skins for winamp in the C:\Program Files\winamp\skins, but i dont know the commands very well.

Can anyone help me with this?

Populate $OEM$\$Progs\Winamp\Skins\ for that example you gave.
