Need For Speed Underground 2 Problem?

Hey Guys

I installed Need For speed underground 2 and when I launch the game, it does his testing and they it gives me an error message. I can't even launch the game. So can someone help me out and tell me what is going on?

what test? i've never seen a test in nfs ug2 nor any of the nfs series
