universal nvidia "go" driver

Is there anywhere a "universal" driver for the nvidia notebook graphics ? Normally only the manufacturer of the notebook support "his" chip. But if i wanna create a universal install CD, i need to much nvidia go drivers. Is there a patched driver version luke the omega drivers (ATI) ?

Yes. Use my DriverPack Graphics A, it includes patched nVidia drivers.

What you also could do is use the drivers available for download at www.nvidia.com and add the .inf file you can find at www.laptopvideo2go.com. (This is basically the same what I did.)
