hmm, i always wondered what a FSB does. and what the difference between intergrated into chip and 66 MHz-1GHz

The frontside bus is the thing that connects the processor to the chipset (any onboard devices and the storage drives), the PCI, AGP, ISA, PCI-Express slots, and the memory slots.....

So, if your FSB speed is considerably lower than your processor clock speed, you are at a disadvantage because there is sort of a "bottle neck" situation going on....

Imagine you take a 2 liter bottle which has a opening diameter of 3/4", and you have another one with a 1 1/2" opening. They are both the same volume inside. You fill both to the top with water, and you give one to each of your 2 assistants. They put their hands over the opening and then flip the bottles upside down, and both take their hands off at the same time, releasing the water.....

OBVIOUSLY, the bottle with the 1 1/2" opening will empty itself of water quicker, the 3/4" bottle being a bit slower......

To draw a similarity, the bottle is the processor, in both bottles being a virtual 2ghz, HOWEVER, the 3/4" bottle is the one with the 233mhz FSB, and the 1 1/2" bottle is the one with the 1000mhz (1ghz) FSB, and the water is the info that the processor is currently sending out to the memory, peripheral slots, and the storage drives..... It (the data) will get to the aforementioned 3 items quicker, with a faster FSB speed.......

NOW, having said that, I'm not sure of what you mean about "integrated into the chip", except that the most recent Athlon 64 processors do have memory controllers on the chip.....

how do i find out my current FSB speed and current Processor Clock speed? hehe

It's a program called CPU-Z, and will tell you everything about your cpu, your current FSB, info about your memory and lots of other stuff.........

It's ok for what you're using it for, it should be fine for now, you can upgrade pretty cheaply though......

What kind of ram are you using??

No Clue what brand it is but there.

i will soon upgrade with 2 sticks of 512mb but no clue what to choose yet since i cant pick the dual channel ones =/. and i have no clue on which ones are the good ones and which are the bads.

K, that's kewl, you aren't in a position to upgrade cpu and mobo yet are you??

well maybe in 2 years or so i will do a CPU and Mobo upgrade. but no not right now.
