LapTop Cleaning and Cooling

every 6 month or every year, i had to clean my PC: fans, mobo, cards,....

(we have a lot of dust).

also in hot summer i may open the case while working in order to reduce cpu / mobo temp. (i have no air condition)

But what about laptops ?

can i clean it myself ? also, is there an extra cooling for laptops that can be made ?

i dont think that there is a way to clean the inside of it unless u want to open it up but i would not do that

u cant just spray compressed air inside of the fan thing b/c there is nowhere for the dust to go

for cooling there are pads that the laptop goes on with fans in it
