I have attached a useful reg tweak I made to run silently after the PSP9 install with REGEDIT /S usefulfix.reg

It fixes the fact that opening files from explorer does nto work, i.e. if you right click and select open with PSP9 you get an error and the file does not open, you have to goto file/open
