DVD Burn Error!

everytime i burn a dvd movie it doesnt work ive wasted 20 dvds trying

and when i burn it with nero it says UNknown Burn phase? and it shows half the time its going to take..say it takes 30 minutes to burn a dvd it only shows 15 minutes:S

what type of media are you useing dvd-r ? dvd+r ? brand ?

and what speed do you burn on ?

and also what is the make and model of your dvd player your trying to use ?

this would be vry helpful for us

ur media might be some crappy brand

if u burn too fast then u can get errors and it wont work

and u could have gotten a crappy drive, u also might have to return it if its bad

i used dynex dvd-r's on a toshiba rds5002, i think thats what the model number is
