Does someone know the shortcut of the keyboard to open control panel of winXP?

There is file control.exe - it is shortcut to control panel.

i beleive he means a Ctrl+... type shortcut, not a command

i would also like to know this actually (and if any one know the shortuct to open My documents that would rock to)

There are none built into Windows.

You can use a program like WinKey to set these up (and many more) for you.
