I would like to get some advise on which Laptop to buy?

Sony Vaio

Toshiba

Dell

IBM

HP/Compaq

I had a look some Sony Vaio specs, just to give an idea they were Pentium M 2ghz, 1GB DDr2 Memory, 100GB HDD, 128 MB Nvidia GEforce, 2MB cache processor (Budget is not a issue)

Also, this above config is 1.95KG in weight.

Any Suggestions ??

Will be buying one by end of this week.

Yes - I agree with Gouki, its a great laptop but it all depends what u

you want to get from the laptop.
