I modified the Billboards, but is it possible to Modify the Setup screens, eg. where you put in your username, setup time / date etc?

I'd like to know how to modify the text that shows up

(The big text like windows has a new look blah blah blah)

As for modifying the setup screens i would try (on a test installation incase it breaks it) Using expand on some of the compressed dll's or other files and open them in reshacker and try and have a look, i dunno but its an idea
