Log on to default gateway ?

we have a lan (ADSL router + switch 8 port all DLink)

i'm trying to log on to our default gateway 10.0.0.2

to adjust some settings with our ISP

but it refuses the password : user name: admin / pass: admin

is there anything that i can do ?

Switching the router off for a few seconds then on again should reset everything to default.
