This is my runonce.cmd switch. I suppose that is the same.

REG ADD %KEY%\010 /VE /D "7Zip" /f

REG ADD %KEY%\010 /V 1 /D "%systemdrive%\Install\7Zip\7z423.exe /S" /f

Thanks edusnow but I just found out how to do a silent install from the 7-Zip web site.

This is what i put incase anyone is wondering:
