lts Posted May 22, 2005 Posted May 22, 2005 Can a virtual image of vmware or virtualpc that created on amd pc work on an intel machine? and vice versa? I doubt it will work, but I just want to make sure is there such a software that allow to do this?
JMA Posted May 22, 2005 Posted May 22, 2005 Even if there would be a difference (which is not the case they both are x86) it wouldn't matter since this image is hardware indepedent : it's "all" emulation.
Bâshrat the Sneaky Posted May 22, 2005 Posted May 22, 2005 JMA is correct. It's all emulated, it doesn't matter. As long you won't be using it on a 64 bit Edition of Windows, it should keep on working fine.
