Sound recorder

Hey u guys is there any way to increase the time of recording in the windows built in sound recorder.Or if any other good free sound recorder is available without any cost, to download with adjustable properties plz give me the link.

I use StepVoice Recorder (mainly cos it will capture streamed content from the net. It's small, easy to use and does not need installing. The latest version is not free but you can download an older freeware version.

if you or your friends have soundblaster sound card, you should have sound recorder software for FREE if you want FREE stuff:)

if you want to buy, totalrecorder is pretty good.

what do u mean by streamed content on net??

Streamed - online radio and such (Check out www.bbc.co.uk), real player content etc. Basically Stepvoice will have a go at recording anything passing through your PC - usually successfully.

Try the open-source cross-platform Audacity. It's FREE, and is the best program I have found anywhere!
