hello everyone

does anyone know how to find out the correct paths to all the shortcuts in the start menu... and things like removing the "MY DOCUMENTS"..."MY PICTURES"..."MY RECENT DOCS".

i usually remove most of the stuff in the start menu, and it gets quite annoying.
